| CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES
Tradesman, Journeyman, Master, & Inspector --TSBPE required 6 hr class for license renewal. COST: $75.00 ($85.00 where a meal is included at some sites)
Corrrespondence Course for Tradesmen, Journeymen, Master, & Inspector -- For license renewal of class years no longer taught in the classroom setting. Current year available with some restrictions, currently. COST: $125.00 Call - (877) 563-2284 (toll free) for information.
MEDICAL GAS
Journeyman & Master Medical Gas Endorsement Continuing Education (Recertification)License endorsement renewal is every three years. Course includes current year of NFPA 99-C with emphasis on changes made from previous publication. COST: $150.00 (classroom setting) or Call toll free number for schedule infomation or private class.
Medical Gas Endorsement Training - Instuction on materials, installation, economic strategy, and rules governering patient safety. This course is a pre-requisite for testing by TSBPE. Inspector applicants may take this course for 100 hours credit towards their requirements for testing by TSBPE. COST: $450.00 (Includes current NFPA 99-C publication) Call for information and schedules.
WSPS
WSPS Endorsement Training - This Water Supply Protection Specialists class is a pre-requisite for testing by TSBPE. COST: Call for information and schedules.
TRADESMAN, JOURNEYMAN, & MASTER PREPARATORY CLASSES
Though these classes ARE NOT a TSBPE requiremment, they are, however, extremely helpful in preparing students for their respective licensing exam by reviewing their skills and instilling confidence in thier knowledge and ability to succeed.
Tradesman/Journeyman Prep - These classes provide a review of skills and knowledge expected to sucessfully pass licensing exams by TSBPE. Shop work ( on copper, PVC, & cast iron) gives the student an opportunity to "brush-up" on skills not usually used in their everyday work). We also have as a learning tool, a miniature building with fittings for the students practice in reading prints, ordering material and installing waste/vent systems in model. Math, as it applies to the industry, is emphasized. TSBPE rules/regulations and safety is also stressed. This class (when necessary) is taught in TEX/MEX Spanish with written material in Spanish & English side-by-side. Cost: Tradesmen - $350.00 - Journeyman - $375.00
Master Prep - Our Master prep class is taught on an individual basis to reinforce learned skills, bush-up on infrequently used knowledge/skills, & practical math as is applies to the trade. OSHA standards, ADA requirements, TSBPE rules/regularions, and commerical applications are intricate subjects in this learning session. COST: Call for information 877-563-2284
